In a beautiful setting we covered the following topics related to women in leadership:
⛰️Visibility - According to the PIE theory, 60% of career development comes from
exposure.
⛰️Networking - We need to learn to be strategic about how we go about networking
⛰️Feminine and masculine leadership qualities - an interesting exercise where we
all discovered that we have both in us and how it makes us unique as leaders
