🇸🇬 Last Friday Inspiring Women in Hospitality organised the Inspire Networking event in Singapore sponsored by JLL, Ascott and Bird&Bird at the lyf Funan,
❤️ It was a real pleasure to collaborate and co-host this event with Leanne, Ling and Victoria. The topic we chose was "Redefining Success" and we realised through this event that it is a question we often do not ask ourselves,
On the panel we answered these following three questions:
⛰️ What does success mean to you?
⛰️ How do you celebrate success?
⛰️ What does failures teach us about success?
💫 This was followed by my signature 'conversation circles' where all the attendees got involved in the discussions inspired by the panel discussions. These circles are important to me because I want everyone to engage, learn and be inspired by others in the room.
🤩 I was so inspired by everyone that I had the chance to interact with and I hope this is only the beginning in our mission for gender balance across hospitality, real estate and travel.
❤️ I also wanted to give a shout out to the male allies in the room who supported the event and participated in the conversations.
