Second Inspire Roundtable in Zurich and my eighth around the world. Bringing women together
from across the industry to forge connections and build networks is my motivation.

- Flexible working in the format of job sharing and flexible hours. How can it be used to ensure women remain in the workforce.
- Looking to men in the industry to set an example with flexible working
- Women encouraged to speak up and ask for what they need, be it a promotion or other benefits.
- Embrace the 'feminine' traits of leadership such as empathy and emotional intelligence
- Negotiation. Not to shy away from it. And its not only when you are applying for a new job, it also when you are in the current job negotiate for better conditions.
- We discussed salary and how men and women view it differently. Main difference men will always ask for more than women. Why is that?
