🇸🇬 In Singapore I spoke at HICAP26 a conference that has been the fabric of our industry for decades and it was great to be back. And an absolute joy to be on stage with Andreea Belfanti who moderated us on a sessions talking about 'Hotel Investments 101 - from acronyms to zoning' alongside fellow panellists Adeline and Damian.
🧠 This session took me back to my STR days and also a great way to set the foundations for the start of the conference. While understanding the terminology is one thing, we should not forget what a complex ecosystem our industry is and getting to know all the players is important. Which is why networking, building relationships, your profile and creating trust with partners is critical to the success of each of our careers.
💚 On a personal note, I was especially proud to be back on stage under my own brand and name, that I have spent the last four years building. A testament that hard work, visibility and consistency pays off.
