How it works

Step 1: Present your idea

Submit your business idea to be reviewed by our Board of Entrepreneurs—successful women in hospitality who've built their own businesses and are members of the Inspire Community. Vetting sessions twice per year.

Step 2: Get vetted

The Board reviews your idea, asks tough questions, and provides honest feedback. Not every idea will move forward—and that's okay. Better to know now than after you've invested months.

Step 3: Join the Entreprenuer Track (if approved)

If your idea gets verified, you're invited to join our Entrepreneur Track program—where you'll get the resources, support, and accountability to bring your idea to life while keeping your corporate job.
