    The work I have been doing on gender balance in the last three years has shown me that there are many bias's women face in the workplace. It takescollaboration, leadership and cultural change to break the status quo.

    Research has shown that when you have a gender diverseleadership team you make better decisions and which in terms benefits the business. We need invest in developing the careers of women to help them achieve leadership positions drive positive change within organisations. Accor has demonstrated this not only with the work they are doing with the brilliant Michelle Moreno but also by signingparticipants from their Women in Development program onto the Inspire Community membership.
